Chanti Darling’s astonishing debut album, RNB Vol. 1 (Tender Loving Empire), invites you on a groove-filled journey. He perfectly blends disco, electro-soul, boogie-funk and house with luxurious vocals creating a timeless sound that is as smooth as it is danceable. "I wanted it to kinda be a string theory of R&B,” he says. “You jump in one portal and you’re in a disco world, and you come out and you’re in a freestyle world. Then you’re in more of a disco world, then in a house music world. I wanted to draw the lines between all those things. But it’s about having fun, ultimately.” We’ve witnessed firsthand the dynamic energy of his live shows and can tell you that outside of having fun, one thing you’ll do is dance.

Chrissy has been dubbed as a DJ’s DJ and for good reason. His extensive knowledge of music and the scene has made him legendary in music circles but it’s his remarkable ability to weave together and navigate an array genre styles that makes him a bonafide talent. Whether it’s rave, jungle tracks, footwork, Chicago house or disco edits, he creates a sound that will keep you moving. He also runs two labels: The Nite Owl Diner, and its new sister label, Cool Ranch.
